Why the lines are down

ok so this sucks.  I've been on the phone with the site providing me lines multiple times today and they can't give me any sort of timeline for when they will be back up.  Their site has been up and down multiple times today so they are doing something over there.  Here is the last email that I got from them:

I have checked with our Technical Department and they are currently running updates on the software.  This is the main reason why the XML Lines Feeds for lines and scores are currently down.  Let me assure you that we are aware of this and let me inform you at the same time that this will be fixed as soon as possible as it is our priority.

This sounds like the lines will not be up for a while in my mind.  I'm currently working on  having at least two different line feeds so that this will not be a problem in the future.  If one line feed goes down i'll just switch over to the other.  The other nice thing about the new feed is I will be able to do more sports such as Tennis and Cricket.  These won't be up for a bit, but at least i have the ability to do it now. 

I appreciate everyone's patience.  I am doing everything I can to get us back up and running.
